Liverpool have announced 20-man list of players for the trip to Italy for Tuesday’s Champions League meeting with Napoli at Stadio San Paolo.

Andy Robertson was among the travelling squad despite left-back not trained on Monday morning. But Divock Origi misses out after the Belgian striker limped off in Saturday’s clash with Newcastle.

And speaking onboard the team flight, Jurgen Klopp offered an update on Origi’s fitness.

He told Liverpoolfc.com: “The update on Div is that it is not too serious. We expect him [to be out for] between one and two weeks, but it depends a little bit on when he can deal with the pain.

“It is nothing really; it’s a feeling, but it should be fine.”

With Origi injured, teenage striker Rhian Brewster has been included in Liverpool’s squad while long-term duo of Alisson and Naby Keita remains sidelined.

Adrian looks set to make his first Champions League start, while fellow youngsters Curtis Jones, Sepp van den Berg and Harvey Elliott are not included but are travelling with Liverpool‘s first team.

Full Liverpool squad to face Napoli

Fabinho, Van Dijk, Wijnaldum, Lovren, Milner, Firmino, Mane, Salah, Gomez, Adrian, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Lallana, Lonergan, Shaqiri, Brewster, Robertson, Matip, Kelleher, Alexander-Arnold.
