Tosin Adarabioyo has recovered from a minor issue and is available for selection. However, Levi Colwill, Benoit Badiashile, Romeo Lavia, and Omari Kellyman remain unavailable. Mykhailo Mudryk is still suspended. Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku were not included in the travelling squad. The current Chelsea manager discussed Adarabioyo’s progress in his pre-match press conference.

Meanwhile, Enzo Maresca addressed the situation regarding Aaron Anselmino’s potential loan move. “With Aaron, he is training with us, training very hard, and is a fantastic boy,” Maresca stated. “He’s a really good player, but he needs to play games. He is another one who is waiting for a solution over a loan move.”

Robert Sanchez is expected to start in goal. The predicted formation is 4-2-3-1. Reece James, Josh Acheampong, Trevoh Chalobah, and Marc Cucurella are likely to form the backline. Adarabioyo provides an option on the bench.

Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez should feature in the double pivot. Cole Palmer is expected to play in the number 10 role. Estevao Willian is set to replace Jamie Gittens as one of the wide attackers, alongside Pedro Neto. Joao Pedro is likely to lead the attack, with Liam Delap as a potential substitute.
