Manchester United were all over the news in the summer when the reports suggested that the club were close striking a deal for the Portuguese.
The deal didn’t go through with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ending up signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Daniel James and Harry Maguire. The midfielders performance have seen the Manchester club rekindled the interest and looking set to get their hands on the high scoring midfielder.
