Dubbed the Croatian Shakira, Mateo Kovacic’s wife is a bombshell. Izabel Kovacic is a stunning wife who is a businesswoman by profession, selling her own range of baby products. Izabel Kovacic is the founder of Lunilou, a successful range of organic and eco-friendly baby products. The 29-year-old has been running the business since 2015 that sells baby moccasins, pillows and other accessories along with her sister Ivana Lucic.
She is a student of Economics and studied at a University in the Croatian capital Zagreb. She founded Lunilou with her sister because Ivana’s daughter had sensitive skin. Izabel is an Instagram sensation and has more than four hundred thousand followers.
She became famous after being regularly spotted by the Spanish media in the stands supporting Kovacic from the stands at Bernabeu while he was in Madrid.
Izabel met Mateo in a church; a love-story written by God himself, ayy. The duo met at a church as teenagers where Mateo worked as the altar boy and Izabel sang in the choir.
The pair married in June 2017 and the couple returned to the same church for the ceremony from where their love story began. The duo invited more than 600 guests which also included Kovacic’s teammates from Real Madrid and Crotaia. The happy couple also invited the guests to a 5-star Westin Hotel in central Zagreb spending around £250,000 on the wedding.
