Liverpool have won two games out of two just like their last 2 seasons. The Merseyside club may have not won the games in a convincing manner and had to trek for the win. The Reds, however, have made their intentions clear. Trophy and only trophy will keep them quiet.
Liverpool are at top of the table courtesy their wins. Against Southampton, Liverpool had to sweat for every pie to win the game 2-1 which they would not want to happen in time to come. Jurgen Klopp, however, has liked the spirit of his squad and subsequently appreciated his squad for putting in heart-warming performances.
“We like to be old-fashioned to be honest,” said the German.
