Nike & Liverpool will be looking to add another masterpiece to the collection for the upcoming season 2023-24. The partnership has been a successful one for the Reds from Merseyside with them tasting silverware wearing the Nike badge while putting in some exemplary performances against the odds — something that the Oregon based brand is all about.
Liverpool, although, this year have had quite a bleak season with many putting up the blame on Jurgen Klopp and calling for his head. But the German think-tank has always been positive about sticking together and turning it around.
Well, Nike have managed to put in a five-star performance already judging by the Liverpool third kit leak for the 2023-24 season. The Liverpool 23-24 third kit leak has a bit unusual colour scheme to it – with a light purple base complemented with darker purple and white badges and logos. If we look at it on official notes, Nike Liverpool 23-24 third football shirt colour scheme is described as “Space Purple/Court Purple/White”.
Space Purple is what they described as Alison’s alternative note for the 2023-24 goalkeeper jersey.
The new worldwide Nike design served as the inspiration for Nike’s 23-24 Liverpool third jersey. This design was first seen on the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup uniforms, and it will likely be utilised for all Nike 23-24 third uniforms. The v-panels at the back of the neck are the most striking feature. The one-of-a-kind feature of the kit is a haphazard pattern of stripes or lines throughout the whole garment, which complements the contemporary colour palette.
Moreover, space Purple/Court Purple/White is also the colour scheme for the shorts, while dark purple is the focus of the socks.
This is not the first time Liverpool will wear Purple apparel, that 2013-14 warrior kit had a purple note to it – although this is the first time it will be a primary colour.
The Liverpool third kit for the 2023-24 season is expected to be available at around August or September this year. What do you think about this kit and the colour scheme that Nike have adapted for Liverpool’s 2023-24 third kit?
