Amidst the chaos that the world is facing, Odion Ighalo is having the time of his footballing career when it is about to end. The 30-year-old striker could not have asked for anything else but a huge tag attached with his name.

He is being paid £80 million just to stay in China and continue playing for Shanghai Shenhua, the same team from which he has been loaned to Manchester United. He has already been praised highly by Ole Gunnar Solksjaer which has surely impacted the price-tag.

“Odion has come in really well and he will improve and get better. But he has qualities we saw in him and needed and we need those qualities for next season,” the United boss said this month.

“He’s a goal-scorer and a striker. He doesn’t worry too much about build up play. He knows his job and role in the team, and he’s very good with his back to goal. He’s a great link player, but maybe the best thing about him is his personality. He’s got the whole lot really.”

While Manchester United were willing to pay him £15 million for a two year contract, he is being paid more than five times of it to stay in China. The striker has had a stunning start to his Red Devils career; having scored a goal in every game that he has started.

The player himself is flattered by the offer he has received and is in a dilemma to choose between the transfer fee and his dream club. He has already been loved by the Manchester fans and it would be tough for him to leave.

Rest is on the power of Money!!!!
