Tottenham Hotspur have been showing an interest in Roma’s attacking midfielder as Zaniolo can be a really well box-to-box midfielder while also switching up and flanking on the wing – something that can give the Spurs the offensive push they require to threaten the Premier League defence. Although providing 4 G/A in the 23 games he has played for the Roma side, the stats do little to no justice to the role in his playmaking abilities and key position in the Roma side whenever he starts and plays.

My two cents: Zaniolo is just a very aesthetic footballer to enjoy and treat to eyes. Despite not having the stats, his presence and threat on the field is undeniably strong, and w+atching him play for Spurs will be nothing short than magical and might prove to be an improved replacement for the recently loaned Dele Alli.
