Everton enters the game not just with an injury list but a suspension list as well, which includes Branthwaite and Rondon, who took red cards in their last game against Brentford. Their absence is accompanied by the absence of Patterson, Townsend, Delph, Mina, Van de Beek and Godfrey. The list looks pretty long for Frank Lampard considering how important this game is.

Viera, on the other hand, has not much to worry about the injuries and can hope to finish the season with ease. His squad will miss Olise and Ferguson who have been ruled out for the season. McArthur will be looking to make a return in the final gameweek but is certain to miss this match.

Everton just bottled a golden opportunity to get rid of any relegation scar as they lost 3-2 to Brentford in their last game. Not only did the Toffees end up with 0 points, but finished the game with 2 red cards, side-lining the players for this match as well. Luckily, Leeds and Burnley were also not able to capitalize on the situation, and the equation for Everton remains simple as they need to get a total of 3 points to secure a safe place, or hope for more points to be dropped by their competitors. With Arsenal coming up in the last gameweek, Everton will have to get 3 points in this match to keep their charge in their own hands.

Frank Lampard’s boys were all over the place in the last game with them losing their temper. Now hosting their last game of the season, they will be looking to finish it off at the Goodison, unlike the last match where they lost it all in the second half. It will be difficult to go with a thin squad against a team who has already played much better than them this season.

Crystal Palace have already got better off their opponents twice this season, with a dominating win in the FA Cup being the recent encounter. They will be heading to do the league double over their opponents with a win at Goodison Park. The Eagles still have a chance to finish in the top half of the table this season, and Viera would not let his players easily. After securing a nomination in the Premier League Manager of the Year list, the spirits of the boss will be high and will be hoping to finish as high as possible in the table.
