Due to COVID-19 regulations, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have seen their UEFA Europa League fixtures shifted.
Both of Arsenal’s fixtures against Benfica have been shifted to a neutral venue due to the travel restrictions imposed in the United Kingdom with respect to incomings from Portugal. The first match was due to be played at the Estadio Da Luz on Feb. 18 but now it will be played in Rome at Stadio Olimpico while the reverse match will be played in Athens at Olympiakos Piraeus’ ground Karaiskaki Stadium a week later. UEFA’s governing body confirmed it in a statement,
“UEFA can confirm that the UEFA Europa League Round of 32 second leg match between Arsenal and Benfica will now take place at the Stadio Georgios Karaiskakis in Piraeus, Greece.”

Tottenham released a statement saying that the away leg against Austrian side Wolfsberger will now take place in Budapest, Hungary,
“The new Puskas Arena… will host the match as Covid-19 regulations in Austria mean we can no longer play at the Wörthersee Stadion in Klagenfurt.”
