Brentford vs Leicester City | FA Cup Preview

Brentford host Leicester City in the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon at Brentford Community Stadium. Two teams filled with talent go head to head in this one, with Brentford more than capable of coming up big against Premier League sides. The Bees currently sit 4th in the Championship just 3 points off the Top spot, but they are winless in their previous 7 games in all competitions. 

Leicester City on the other hand are no strangers to deep runs into the Competitions, and they would want to progress all the way to the Finals this time around looking to add another trophy to their Cabinet, a Premier League title charge is also on Leicester’s agenda so it won’t be Surprising if Brendon Rodgers decides to Shuffle a Few players around. 

Leicester have dropped down to the third position in the Premier League table since initially moving into top spot with victory over Chelsea on Tuesday night.

The Foxes will be looking to take it one game at a time, the Foxes will also have one eye on the Europa League games, trying to go as far as they can into European competition. 

Despite having had to contend with Injuries all season long, Leicester’s youngsters have stepped up big and produced some excellent performances, sensibly signings of Wesley Fofana and Timothy Castagne have also been equally Vital. 

A number of positive coronavirus tests have left Brentford having to play catch-up in the Championship with the Bees currently possessing two games in hand on leaders Norwich City. The manager may be against using so many of his first-team players at the weekend
