Ryan Fraser is reportedly weighing up a move to Crystal Palace after being offered the chance to play at the Selhurst Park this summer.
The 26-year-old is a free agent after his contract with Bournemouth expired and is said to be considering his options ahead of a summer move.
Fraser was one of the best players for the Cherries during the 2018/19 campaign, but failed to replicate such performances during the just ended Premier League season, with the club suffering relegation.
He had been out of the team selection after reports emerged he was not ready to commit his future to Bournemouth after the end of his contract, with then manager Eddie Howe “prepared to work with players who were committed”.
He also rejected the offer to extend his deal for a short-term to help help the club in their battle against relegation after the coronavirus pandemic ate into much of the season.
According to reports from English outlet the Daily Mail, Fraser is considering a move to join Roy Hodgson’s side after being offered £50,000-per-week deal at the Selhurst Park.
The offer on the table will also likely see him pocket almost double of his wages at the Vitality Stadium.
Arsenal were heavily linked with the Scotland international last season after impressing in the league, with then Gunners manager Unai Emery keen to bring the player to the Emirates Stadium. However, any move failed to materialise due to Arsenal unwillingness to match the demands of the Cherries.
Fraser was also reported to be close to joining Tottenham Hotspur at some point of the 2019/20 campaign, with Merseyside outfit Everton also reported to have made contacts with the player.
The Scot played 28 games for Bournemouth in the just ended season, scoring one goal and providing four assists, but his efforts were not enough as the club suffered relegation on the last day of the season.
