Leicester City will be looking to build on their win against Crystal Palace when they meet Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.
The Foxes have struggled for good results since returning from lockdown against Watford. The win 3-0 win over Palace was their first four games having drawn against Watford and Brighton & Hove Albion, before losing to Everton.
However, they face an Arsenal side who are back in form and looking for five wins across all competitions since the restart of football, with their position in third looking shaky.
Here, Premier League NewsNow take a look at how Brendan Rodgers could lineup (4-2-3-1) for the contest in midweek.
Goalkeeper
There is no doubting Kasper Schmeichel’s place in the Leicester team. He has been the undisputed starter for them and kept 12 clean sheets so far in 33 appearances.
Defenders
James Justin will continue at right-back position for the away side, providing cover for the injured Ricardo Pereira. The 22-year-old has three clean sheets to his name in six Premier League starts this season and has provided one assist.
Jonny Evans and Caglar Soyuncu should also continue their partnership at the back for Rodgers’ side on Tuesday. The pair have been far from their best post-lockdown but the last game was encouraging to see them keep a clean sheet at the King Power Stadium.
England international Ben Chilwell is the obvious winner for the left-back position, and despite the fixture congestion, there is no way he will be rested by the manager. He has scored three league goals this season.
Midfielders
Wilfred Ndidi and Youri Tielemans were solid against the Eagles over the weekend and you trust the Leicester team not to suffer any major changes against Mikel Arteta’s side. They pair will be in front of the back four to shield them.
Harvey Barnes and Ayoze Perez should be allowed to operate from the flanks while James Maddison could come into the starting line-up to fill the No.10 role for Leicester.
The trio have a combined total of 19 league goals between them and should have an impact against the Gunners.
Centre-Forward
Jamie Vardy, league’s top scorer should complete the starting set up for Rodgers on Tuesday. After a long run of shyness in front of goal, Vardy found the back of the net on Saturday to take his league tally for this season to 21.
