Manchester City forward Sergio Aguero’s agent has revealed that the Argentine is happy and isn’t leaving the Etihad before his contract with the Blues expires.
With the prospect of Champions League ban looming over at City, Aguero was linked with several clubs such as Inter Milan and Real Madrid as his contract expires next summer.
His agent Hernan Reguera has confirmed that the striker will not be leaving Manchester City before the end of his current contract.
“Sergio has a contract with Manchester City until the end of June 2021,” Reguera told FCInterNews. “There’s no chance he’ll leave early, after that we’ll see what happens.
“Have I spoken with Inter? No, and the reason is simple.
“Aguero is perfectly happy at Man City and has no intention of changing teams.”
Sergio Aguero is the Manchester City’s all-time club’s record goalscorer and remains a crucial part of Pep Guardiola’s plans. He became the highest-scoring foreign player in the English Premier League history before the postponement of the season due to COVID-19 pandemic. And the Argentine is showing no signs of slowing down.
Time and again Aguero has repeated that he wants to end his at City. He hinted he could even extend his contract at Etihad which end in 2021. Last month, Aguero admitted that he fancies making more history with Manchester City.

“I want to continue growing even more and this is my opportunity. But for now, I’m not thinking about what to do. With all that is going on, the clubs are having problems.
“Every player wants to win the Ballon D’Or but the Champions League has a lot to do with it. My best year, last year, we won four titles but we had no luck in that one.
“I was not nominated even in the top ten because you need more to get in there. But I think I’m there — not because I say so but because of the years I’ve had at City and the numbers.”
